    Hi Stacy,

We are moving to OnCore for a campus-wide solution at University of Colorado/Children’s Hospital Colorado. The adult part of the campus has been using it for a couple of years and Children’s just went live in September. Happy to answer any questions you have!

We have OnCore at the University of Minnesota. It began with our Cancer Center, and was implemented across other specialties in 2015. It is a good system with quite a bit of functionality, but there are some gaps and it is not very user friendly for research coordinators. One of the first pediatric centers to implement OnCore was UCSF and their input was helpful to us. I would be happy to discuss with you our implementation in Pediatrics. gals0004@umn.edu, 612-625-4443

At Advocate Health Care – Advocate Children’s Hospital we use MERGE as a CTMS. We have used it for a few years and it is helpful for tracking financial information. Ours does not have any capabilities for tracking regulatory information and does not interact with the EMR or Outlook so coordinators do have to enter some information in this system that has already been entered into other systems.
