At Advocate Health Care – Advocate Children’s Hospital we use MERGE as a CTMS. We have used it for a few years and it is helpful for tracking financial information. Ours does not have any capabilities for tracking regulatory information and does not interact with the EMR or Outlook so coordinators do have to enter some information in this system that has already been entered into other systems.
